Product Description

The silk screen frame making is the first important step ,the quality assurance the printing effection.
1.   Frame tension:
Using the net puller to tension the silk  with the Alu.frame,after that using the Glue to stick them together.                         
2.  Emulsion coating:
Coating the emulsion on the silk's surface,this step is prepareing for the exposuring the patterns.
3.Frame drying:
After coating,using the dryer to drying the frame.
4.   Exposuring:
Put the frame and the film on the Exposuer's surface,after vacuum,it will exposure. 
5.   Frame washing:
After exposuring using the High-pressure water-gun to wash the dryed emulsion on the silk surface OR automatiac washing machine.The patterns will be showing out.                             
6.   Drying:
Drying the frames after washing.Using the same machine as step 3,the Horizontal type drying machine.Or can using the Hot air-direr to dry it.
