2. Anti-static: Equipped with anti-static blower in the feeder, make separate material easily and remove the static in the surface of material, it also can be equipped in feeding and delivery board, also can use the anti-static bar.
3. Feeding system: Anti-static aluminium feeding board with electroplating (also can equip with charpie), avoid to scratch the bottom side; Vacuum sucking feeding system, which reduce the quantity of transmission wheels and avoid to scratch and save the feeding adjusting time.
4. Printing Cylinder: High precision stop cylinder mechanism, the cylinder is stopped when register, ensure the printing substrate can be sent accurately to gripper of cylinder; The stainless cylinder with vacuum suck and blow function, ensure the print ing quality as well as make the delivery smoothly.
5. Register with sensors: In front-lay and side-lay there are equipped with sensors for register, slim dislocation, the machine will stop automatically and pressure release, ensure the printing precision, reduce the ratio of spoiled products.
6. Squeegee: The up and down of squeegee is controlled by cam, which ensure the pressure is even, spot or coat all can print accurately; The squeegee with pressure kept device, which make the printing image more clear and ink layermore
7. Delivery system: Ensure the printing substrate delivery without any mark during printing output and oven; The delivery board can be got down, easy for clean screen, install and uninstall the squeegee and ink re-claim blade.
