JB-900TC Automatic Shaped Window Patching Machine is used to patch films on windows of all kinds of cardboard or corrugated boxes,cases after die-cutting, embossing; it is available for sheet film with corner cutting or embossing. The equipment adopts screen printing to glue, the layer is thick and equal; The feeding adopt servo motor, positioning printing, three point positioning lamination, printing and laminating precision is high; it can realize multi piece parallel film laminating at the same tie; it is the first choice to window patching processing of high-grade toy box, packing box, cosmetics box, wine box etc.

1.Non-stop feeding(bottom paper) Pumping from bottom type feed base design,fit for cardboard and single corrugated cardboard feeding,more conducive to non-stop pre-loading operation. 
2.Gluing part
Adopt screen printing to glutmglue thickness is thick and equal,gule image is easy to get(dto image is made directly on screen frame),add glue easily,servo position feeding,accurate position,servo drive printing,printing smooth and uniform.  
3.Window patching part Servo transmission,three points registration,reach high precision,multi-sucker,can patch multi-piec parallet films, can patching shaped films( include die-cutted,increased films).and more thick films.
4.Non-stop patching part Non-stop patching,improve work efficiency,automaticallu alarm when folm is few ,inform to add  more.
 5.Pressing part Two part of Pressing,make the flims and paper stick more strong and flat.
